My aim is to build training plans for runners of all abilities built on contemporary sports science research but communicated in a simple, uncomplicated fashion. 

My knowledge has developed by achieving a First Class BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science degree, an England Athletics coaching qualification, and my own personal experiences from over four years competing and racing around the world.  

Two types of coaching packages are available:

  1. Marathon Training Plan
    - One-off four month training plan targeting a specific marathon
    - Initial consultation via Skype, Phone or Email
    - Detailed weekly session plan breakdown
    - Weekly review by Skype or Email

  2. Rolling Monthly Training
    - Ongoing coaching focused towards either a particular race or improving fitness
    - Initial consultation via Skype, Phone or Email
    - Detailed weekly session plan breakdown
    - Weekly Review by Skype, Phone or Email
