I sell across borders for a living. I've been doing it since the late 2010s. I started out cold-emailing distributors out of a spare room in Gothenburg, and somewhere along the way I figured out that almost everything I'd been taught about export sales was either obsolete, oversold, or both.
This site is where I write down what I've actually learned. Not opinion pieces. Working notes from someone who closes business with foreign buyers and keeps the receipts.
I am not selling a course. I am not running a newsletter. I am not building a personal brand. I just kept getting asked the same questions by people newer to this work than I am, and writing them down here saved me the time of answering each one.
